Estate Office
The Estate Office is located at Bonjedward, beside the A68 a little over a mile north of Jedburgh.
In the 1970s the stables for Jedneuk House were converted to form a suite of offices. Thus the Factor, the Clerk of Works, Head Forester and Accountant are able to work closely together and share staff as well as reception and boardroom facilities.
Pat Blair joined Lothian Estates in 1986 and became Factor in 1998.
She represents the Estate as a member of The Scottish Rural Property and Business Association which promotes the roles and interests of those involved with property, business and enterprise in rural Scotland.
Lothian Estates is also active in The Scottish Estates Business Group which adopts a modern business approach to integrated land management and seeks to work in partnership with others to help maintain a vibrant rural economy.
